Our day begins with pick-up from your hotel at the scheduled time. We will take you to the emblematic Hacienda La Caravedo, where you will be welcomed with a refreshing Pisco Sour, a symbol of Peruvian hospitality.
The first activity will be a guided class by a chef specializing in Peruvian gastronomy, who will introduce you to the country's most representative flavors. You will learn about key ingredients, ancestral techniques, and culinary secrets while watching the preparation of iconic recipes.
Next, you will tour the legendary Pisco distillery, learning about the artisanal production process of Peru's flagship spirit. At the end, you will enjoy a professional tasting of five Pisco varieties, each with unique profiles.
