ITINERARY

We will pick you up early from your hotel in Puno to take you along the Route of the Sun, one of the most beautiful routes in Peru.

Our first stop will be in Pukara, a pre-Inca site where you will see stone sculptures and ceramics, and learn about the famous "Toritos de Pukara" (Little Bulls of Pukara), symbols of luck and protection.

Next, we head to La Raya, the highest point of the journey (4,335 m). From here, you can see snow-capped mountains and herds of llamas and alpacas. This place marks the natural border between the Puno and Cusco regions.

We will arrive in Sicuani, a beautiful valley surrounded by mountains, where we will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch featuring typical regional dishes.

Continuing our journey, we visit Raqchi, home to the Temple of Wiracocha, an important Inca site. You will walk among huge ancient walls made of stone and adobe while learning about its history.

Our final stop is Andahuaylillas, a small town home to the Church of San Pedro, known as the "Sistine Chapel of the Americas." Its interior is filled with paintings, gold-leaf ceilings, and impressive decorations.

Finally, we will arrive in Cusco, the ancient capital of the Inca Empire, where we will drop you off at your hotel to rest after a day full of history and landscapes.
