We recommend the "Route of the Sun". It is a full-day tourist bus journey that turns a simple transfer into a tour, visiting the Andahuaylillas Chapel, the Raqchi Temple, and the Pukará Museum, with a buffet lunch included. It is much more comfortable and entertaining than a direct bus or flight.

The hike on Taquile has a moderate difficulty due to the high altitude and the stone steps leading up to the main square. However, we take it at a slow pace with pauses to admire the spectacular views of the lake. No special equipment is required, just comfortable walking shoes.
