For excursions involving high altitude, such as Rainbow Mountain or Humantay Lake, we recommend spending at least 1 or 2 days in Cusco city or the Sacred Valley before the hike. This allows your body to adapt to the altitude (3,400 m / 11,155 ft) and enjoy the tour to the fullest. While acclimatizing, you can take our City Tour or visit the Sacred Valley, which are less physically demanding.

Yes, for your peace of mind, most of our tour packages and the Full Day Machu Picchu tour include all necessary entrance fees, train tickets, and transportation. We take care of all logistics and ticket management so you only have to worry about enjoying yourself. Check the "Included" section in each specific tour for full service details.

However, to guarantee you the best experience at the Wonder of the World, our Machu Picchu tour is always conducted in private service, ensuring an exclusive, comfortable visit at your own pace with our expert guides.

It is not essential to be a trekking expert for most of our routes. Tours like Rainbow Mountain or Humantay Lake are of moderate difficulty and accessible to people in good health. Additionally, these routes always have emergency horses available and expert guides equipped with oxygen and first aid kits to assist you at any time.
