Itinerary
Day 1: Lima – Paracas – Huacachina Oasis
Today, we begin our adventure with a convenient pick-up from your hotel in Lima, traveling south to Paracas, one of the most fascinating destinations on the Peruvian coast.
Upon arrival, we will head to the marina and board a speedboat to the famous Ballestas Islands. Along the way, you will marvel at the mysterious Candelabra geoglyph before observing sea lions, Humboldt penguins, and a rich variety of seabirds in their natural marine habitat.
Next, we will explore the Paracas National Reserve, taking in breathtaking coastal landscapes where the arid desert meets the Pacific Ocean, featuring dramatic cliffs and beautiful beaches.
We will then continue our journey to Huacachina, a stunning natural oasis surrounded by towering sand dunes in the Ica desert. Here, we will experience an adrenaline-filled dune buggy ride and try sandboarding down the slopes while enjoying incredible panoramic views of the endless desert.
Finally, we will transfer to our hotel to rest, relax, and recharge for our next day of adventure.

Day 2: The Nazca Lines Flight & Return to Lima
After a relaxing morning and checking out of our hotel, we will prepare for one of the most highly anticipated experiences of the trip.
We will transfer to the local Nazca aerodrome, where we will board a scenic sightseeing aircraft for a thrilling flight over the Nazca Lines.
From the air, you will marvel at the mysterious geoglyphs etched into the Peruvian desert floor. These colossal figures, world-renowned for their extraordinary antiquity and enduring mystery, depict various geometric shapes and animals that can only be fully appreciated from the sky.
During the overflight, you will enjoy a unique panoramic perspective of these impressive designs, living an unforgettable experience above one of Peru's most fascinating archaeological heritage sites.
Following this incredible aerial adventure, we will board our ground transport to begin our scenic overland journey back to Lima. Upon arrival in the capital, we will transfer you directly to your hotel, bringing our services to a close.

The aircraft performs specific maneuvers so everyone can see the geoglyphs clearly, which can cause mild motion sickness. We recommend having a very light breakfast and staying hydrated. The Peruvian coast is beautiful year-round. Summer (December to March) is perfect for sunny desert days in Huacachina. Regarding wildlife, the "Little Galapagos" (Ballestas Islands) offer great sightings of sea lions and Humboldt penguins every day, though mornings can be breezy and cool.
Layered clothing is key. A windbreaker is necessary for the boat tour to the Ballestas Islands. For the desert and flight, bring lightweight clothes, high-SPF sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat. Most importantly, you must bring your original passport to board the Nazca Lines flight.
The flight price does not include the local airport tax (TUUA). This small fee must be paid in cash directly at the Nazca airport.
